Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original protective wrap and boxing to ensure fragile ceramics and home goods are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
